  • To the extent permitted by law, Company will disclose Personal Information to government authorities or third parties pursuant to a legal request, subpoena, or other legal process. Company may also use or disclose your Personal Information as permitted by law to perform charge verifications, apply or enforce the Service’s Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions, or protect Company’s rights, interests, or property as well as those of Company affiliates, customers, or Service users.
  • If Company sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, you agree that Company may transfer your Personal Information to a third party as part of that transaction.
